This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms regarding payments, refunds, and cancellations for services provided by DCS International School. By making any payment to the school, parents or guardians agree to the terms described below.
1. Admission Fee
The admission fee paid at the time of enrollment is non-refundable. Once admission is confirmed and the seat is reserved for the student, the admission fee cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
2. Tuition Fee
- Tuition fees once paid are generally non-refundable.
- If a student withdraws from the school during the academic session, the fee paid for that term may not be refunded.
- Any special cases will be reviewed by the school administration and decisions will be made at their discretion.
3. Cancellation of Admission
Parents or guardians who wish to cancel a student's admission must submit a written request to the school administration. The cancellation will be processed after verification and approval by the school authorities.
4. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved by the school administration under special circumstances, the refund amount will be processed within 7–15 working days through the original payment method or any other method deemed appropriate by the school.
5. Payment Errors
In case of duplicate payments, technical errors, or incorrect transactions, parents or guardians should immediately inform the school administration with payment proof. After verification, the school will initiate the appropriate refund process.
6. Changes to the Policy
DCS International School reserves the right to modify or update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page.
